Magic links let you log in without a password. If you lost or never received an email with a magic link, you can get a new one.

  1. Go to the site URL on your desktop or mobile internet browser (like Google Chrome). If you don’t know where to find the URL, contact your event organizer.

  2. Select Login.

  3. Enter the Email address that you’re registered under.

  4. Select Get Magic Link. This sends a magic link to your email.

Then follow the instructions below to log in to your desktop or the mobile app.

  1. Open your magic link email on your desktop computer.

  2. Select the Magic Link.

  3. The site automatically opens and you’re logged in.

Make sure to download the app first. If you don’t, the magic link opens your mobile internet browser (like Google Chrome). You can continue to use the site there if you’d like. But we recommend the app for the best mobile experience!

  1. Open the App Store if you have an Apple device, or Google Play if you have an Android device.

  2. Type juno live in the search bar.

  3. Select the JUNO Live app.

  4. Select Get or Install to download the app.

  1. Open your magic link email on your mobile device.

  2. Select the Magic Link.

  3. The app automatically opens and you’re logged in.
