Get a new magic link

Magic links let you log in without a password. If you lost or never received an email with a magic link, you can get a new one.
Get a new magic link when you are logged out
Go to the site URL on your desktop or mobile internet browser (like Google Chrome). If you don’t know where to find the URL, contact your event organizer.
Select Login.
Enter the Email address that you’re registered under.
Select Get Magic Link. This sends a magic link to your email.
Then follow the instructions below to log in to your desktop or the mobile app.
Get a new magic link when you are already logged in
You can also get a new magic link from your personal profile. You might use this if you already logged in on your desktop, but need a new link for your mobile device.
Select your Profile icon in the navigation bar.
Select My Information.
Under Get Magic Link, select Get Link. This sends a magic link to the email address that you’re registered under.
Then follow the instructions to log in to your desktop or log in to the mobile app.
