Troubleshoot downloading the app
Can’t see the install button
Sometimes users can’t see the Get or Install button in the App or Google Play store.
For iOS
If you are using iOS 10 or below, you can’t access the app. Upgrade your operating system to iOS 11 or later. How to update iOS (iPhone and iPad).
For Android
Clearing storage from the Google Play Store app and the Google Play services app can solve this issue.
Open the Settings app.
Select Apps and Notifications.
Select App info.
Select the Google Play Store app.
Select Force stop.
Select Clear Storage > Delete app data.
Go back to Apps and Notifications and select the Google Play services app.
Select Force stop.
Select Clear Storage > Clear all Data.
Open the Google Play Store and try to install the app again. You should see the Install button.
