Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for joining and participating in V2 sessions. Depending on how your site administrator has set up the platform, the sessions page might be called Events, Presentations, or another name.
Finding Sessions
Visit the Sessions Page:
Navigate to the sessions page, which may have a different name based on the site setup (e.g., Events, Presentations).
Search or Scroll:
Use the search bar to find a specific session or scroll through the list to locate the session you want to join.
Check the Schedule:
Active sessions might also be listed on a schedule page or in a schedule block on various pages throughout the site.
Joining a Session
Select the Session:
Once you find the session you want to enter, select it. If the session is active, you will first see a flash of the splash page and then be taken to a preview page.
Preview Page:
On the preview page, you can set up your microphone and camera settings before entering the session.

Session Splash Pages
The session splash page provides all the details about the session, including:
Session Name:
The title of the session.
Type of Session:
The category or type of session (mainstage, breakout etc).
Location:
The location of the session, if applicable.
Like the Session:
You can like the session to show your interest.
Preview and Description:
A brief overview and detailed description of the session.
Moderators, Presenters, and Attendees:
Information about the people involved in the session.
Joining and Attending
Joining an Active Session:
If the session is currently active, select "Join the Session" to enter.
Attending an Upcoming Session:
If the session has not started yet, select "Attend" to be added to the attending list.
Past Sessions:
If the session has already ended, it will be marked as "Past."
