Highlights

Exhibitors can now see who’s in their suite

A real-time counter and attendee list now shows exhibitors who's “in their suite.” This helps exhibitors reach out proactively to make one-on-one connections and generate leads.

Visitors and exhibitors can now connect in a group chat

You can also add a group chat to exhibitor suite pages so visitors can participate in a live group discussion. This gives exhibitors the power to make introductions and generate more leads. The group chat functionality includes:

  • Any exhibitor representative can moderate the exhibitor chat sessions.

  • An icon displays how many representatives are currently active in exhibitor chat.

  • Visitors can chat with exhibitors.

  • Exhibitors can click on visitors' profiles to learn more about them.

  • Exhibitors can send a direct message to visitors on their page.

  • Exhibitors can start a one-on-one call with visitors.

Bring speakers on stage

In sessions, moderators, speakers, or administrators can now enable the video and audio of other speakers and moderators who haven’t come on stage yet. This allows moderators to bring speakers on stage if necessary. They can find this function by clicking on the session’s attendee counter.

Improvements for attendees

Attendees can take advantage of these useful new features:

  • You can now send links in direct messages.

  • Export My Schedule as a PDF from the Schedule page so that you can print or view it offline.

  • Added the ability for a user moderating questions in a session to post and ask a presenter the question from the submitted question view.

  • Adjusted Max Attendee logic so that moderators or speakers do not count against the max attendee limit.

  • Added “Stream is now ending!" message.

  • Added an option to make CME claim questions optional.

Cohorts

  • Created a custom module list page that pulls a directory for specific cohort breaks.

Pulling content into modules

  • Added the ability to specify more than one tag type to exclude from appearing in grids and rotators.

Configuration options

  • Made the lifespan of the Accept Chat notification configurable. This notification pops up when you get a direct message request. You can make it stay on the screen for a longer or shorter time.

  • Added the ability to customize the message a user sees when blocking another user.

Importer

  • Content to Content CSV importer now works with Library sessions and Partners.

  • Content importer improvements to validate the existence of slugs where applicable.

  • Added Is Active status field to the Downloads importer.

Content management system

  • Now archiving the last 10 configuration saves.

Design improvements

  • Reorganized the Session Type icons in the front end tools to stack vertically when viewed on mobile devices.

  • Rearranged Confirm and Cancel buttons on the Raise Hand workflow dialogs for consistency.

  • Converted Several Javascript notifications to JUNO-style notifications:

    • Password reset notification.

    • Session at Capacity alert.

    • Decline a Meeting alert.

    • No Network Connection.

 Version 1.15 fixes

Sessions: Raise hand

  • Corrected an issue with the Raise Hand icon not being shown after a user raises their hand.

  • Corrected an issue causing the Raised Hand notification icon to not be removed when the user cancels the request.

Sessions: Moderation

  • Corrected an issue with an attendee being returned to a canceled session if they don’t click ‘OK’ to be taken to the session by the time the moderator retrieves all users to the original session.

  • Corrected an issue with the live session moderate buttons sometimes not closing after users are retrieved from a sub-breakout session.

  • Corrected an issue with the post-preroll countdown timer pausing for the moderator if they leave the tab while the counter is live.

Sessions: Stream

  • Corrected an issue causing the active speaker to be removed from the main view.

  • Adjustment to ensure active speaker windows are highlighted even when not publishing video.

  • Corrected an issue causing the screen to not readjust video sizes if the stream being viewed ended while it was expanded.

  • Corrected an issue causing a user’s camera feed to appear behind their screen share when in Horizontal Layout.

  • Adjustment to prevent trying to reconnect to a stream that no longer exists.

Sessions: Chat and Q&A

  • Corrected an issue that was incorrectly removing live session chat messages from users kicked from the session.

  • Corrected an issue that sometimes caused the live session chat box to freeze if a moderator or speaker sends an answer to a question in the Q&A.

  • Minor adjustment to chat window tooltip padding.

  • Minor adjustment to Q&A poll tooltip padding.

Sessions: Miniplayer

  • Corrected an issue caused by a user joining a new session while the miniplayer from another session is active.

  • Corrected an issue that sometimes caused the miniplayer to close when clicking Expand to reenter the session.

  • Adjustment to the rendering and placement of the miniplayer video controls.

Private sessions

  • Corrected an issue preventing the chat dialog box to remain open when a user joins a private session.

Questions

  • Corrected an issue allowing special characters to be used in question names.

  • Corrected an issue causing a question’s order label to show twice.

  • Corrected an issue causing a deleted question’s toast notification to remain on screen after the question has been deleted.

  • Corrected an issue in the front end tools which was duplicating a question's answers instead of removing them when attempting to do so.

Direct messaging

  • Corrected an issue with chat conversations remaining until refresh after a user chooses to leave the conversation.

  • Adjusted the ‘disable private messages’ option to also disable the button on the full profile screen instead of just the directory preview page.

  • Corrected an issue with the Send Message button on a user’s full profile sending an email instead of a Direct Message.

  • Corrected an issue with chat messages not automatically updating for representatives connected to a partner page.

  • Corrected an issue with initial chat requests not going through if the user being requested was offline at the time.

  • Corrected a white text on white background issue in an empty Direct Messages window.

Personal profile

  • Corrected an issue with the browser’s ‘Back’ button not functioning on the Profile page.

Notifications

  • Corrected an issue causing a user’s ‘bell notifications' to be capped at 10 notifications.

Directory

  • Adjusted Directory Search functionality to ensure dynamic filtering as the user types.

Courses

  • Adjustments to CME logic.

    • Increments by 0.25 (configurable)

    • Users are not allowed to earn more credit than the amount of credit available

    • Ensuring users are not allowed to have negative credits

  • Corrected an issue preventing a user from accessing a track they’ve previously started.

Library content

  • Corrected an issue that left a large amount of whitespace if a library session did not have an associated image.

Speaker page

  • Corrected an issue when removing the ‘Complete' action on speakers which removed the 'visit page’ button from their page.

  • Corrected an issue that prevented linking a user account to a Speaker profile.

  • Corrected an issue that detached a session connected to a Speaker if a user clicked that session's "analytics bar" icon.

Modules

  • Corrected an issue with the session name not displaying in a featured rotator.

  • Adjustment to misaligned rotator slide spacing.

Front end tools

  • Description field under the Information tab now correctly allows a user to remove all text completely and Save Changes.

  • Corrected an issue with the “Max Attendee” field not displaying the full “Type Here” text in the front end tools.

  • Corrected a front end tools issue allowing ‘stream type’ tags to be duplicated on a session after changing the stream type.

  • Corrected an issue affecting the ability to edit a session from the front end tools when the session was created without start/end/release dates selected.

Analytics

  • Corrected an issue with the Average Booth Visits tile not displaying data.

  • Anchored date and time selectors in the Front End Tools so they scroll with the rest of the page.

  • Tooltip boundary correction on analytics pie charts to prevent the hover text from spanning outside of the view.

Video

  • Corrected Brightcove Video parse issue.

  • Adjusted background color for embedded YouTube videos to prevent whitespace issue.
