In order to promote a successful experience, we recommend:

Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox are also supported, but you may notice video quality issues or longer connectivity times. Internet Explorer is not supported.


Disable proxy settings

  1. Click the three lines under the X

  2. Click Options

  3. Under Network Settings at the bottom of the list click Settings

  4. Make sure No proxy is selected and click OK

  5. Reload browser

Disable browser extensions

  1. Click the three lines under the X

  2. Click Options

  3. Click Extensions & Themes

  4. Click the blue slider on each extension you wish to disable

  5. Reload browser

Clear cache

  1. Open Firefox

  2. Click the three lines below the X

  3. Click Options

  4. Click Privacy & Security

  5. Click Clear Data

  6. Verify that Cached Web content, Cookies and Site Data are selected

  7. Click Clear

  8. Close and reopen browser

Reset browser settings to default

  1. Open Firefox

  2. Click the three lines in the upper right corner below the X

  3. Click Help and Choose More Troubleshooting Information

  4. Click Refresh Firefox button under the Give Firefox a tune up

  5. Read the warning and click Refresh Firefox
