Screen sharing in a single monitor environment
Sharing Entire Screen
Using Chrome or Edge
Click the Screen Share Screen icon
Click on the screen displayed in the Entire Screen tab
Click Share
To stop sharing click the Screen Share Icon again
If you are sharing a video make sure the Share audio is checked
Using Firefox
Click the Screen Share Desktop icon
Use the drop down to select the desired screen
Click Share
To stop sharing click the Screen Share Icon again
Firefox does not allow audio sharing. If you need to share anything with audio please use Chrome
Sharing Application Window
Make sure the desired Application Window is not minimized (minimized windows will not show up)
Using Chrome or Edge
Click the Screen Share Desktop Icon
Click the Window tab
Select the desired Application
Click Share
To stop sharing click the Screen Share Icon again
Using Firefox
Click the Share Desktop icon
Use the drop down to select desired application
Click Share
To stop sharing click the Screen Share Icon again
Sharing a Chrome or Edge tab
Click the Share Desktop Icon
Click Chrome Tab (Microsoft Edge Tab)
Select the desired tab from the list
Click Share
To stop sharing click the Screen Share Icon again
Sharing video with audio (Chrome or Edge)
Entire screen
Click the Share Desktop Icon
Select the desired Screen
Click Share audio (Lower left of Share Window) to add a check mark
Click Share
To stop sharing click the Screen Share Icon again
Browser tab
Click the Screen Share Icon
Click Chrome Tab (Microsoft Edge Tab)
Select the desired tab from the list
Click Share audio (Lower left of Share Window) to add a check mark
Click Share
To stop sharing click the Screen Share Icon again
Set up PowerPoint for Screen Sharing
Open the desired PowerPoint presentation.
Select the Slide Show tab.
Click Set Up Slide Show.
Select Browsed by an individual (window).
Click OK.
Click the Slide Show icon in the menu at the bottom of the screen. This starts the slide show.
Resize the window as needed so you can see both the JUNO session and slides. Make sure there is no black space left around your slides.
Set up Keynote for Screen Sharing
Open your presentation in Keynote.
In the File bar, click Play.
From the dropdown, click Play Slideshow in Window.
Begin sharing your screen in Juno.
Resize windows as needed so you can see the live session and your slides.
Sharing slideshow on a Mac in split window view
Open PowerPoint.
Open the session.
Restore down both chrome and PowerPoint so they display on the same window.
Put the PowerPoint in presentation mode.
On the apple top bar click “Window.”
Select “Tile Window to Left of Screen” or “Tile Window to Right of Screen.”
Select the platform (Chrome) from the options displayed.
Set up Google Slides for Screen Sharing
Open your presentation in Google Slides.
Click the Present button.
Hover over the bottom-left of the slide.
Click the three vertical dot icon.
Click Exit full screen.
Resize windows as needed so you can see the live session and your slides.
Set up WPS for Screen Sharing
Open your presentation in WPS.
Select the View tab.
Select Reading View.
Resize windows as needed so you can see the live session and your slides.
Select the Next and Previous arrows to change slides. Do not select the orange Play button, as this will take you out of Reading View.
