Notes for reviewers

You’ll notice one-on-one meetings work a bit differently in the app than they do on a desktop computer.

Schedule meetings in the app

In the app, you can schedule one-on-one virtual meetings with other people. Anywhere you see someone’s profile photo, tap it and select Schedule Meeting. See these articles to learn more:

Direct messages are another quick way to connect on the go!

Attend meetings on your mobile device

You can attend meetings on your mobile device, though not through the app itself. This is because the app doesn’t support cameras and microphones.

Here are two ways to open a meeting:

From the app:

  1. Go to your Schedule.

  2. Once the schedule says the meeting is Live, tap to open it.

  3. If the chat panel is open, tap X in the top left corner to close it.

  4. Under the meeting title, tap Watch the live stream. This opens your mobile web browser, like Google Chrome or Safari. There, you can turn on your camera or microphone.

Or from your email:

  1. Open the email notification that you got about the meeting. It’s titled You created a meeting or [Name] created a meeting.

  2. Tap View Meeting.

  3. The meeting opens in your mobile web browser, like Google Chrome or Safari. There, you can turn on your camera or microphone once the meeting is Live.
