These instructions are for JUNO version 2.0, coming soon in 2022.

Passwords are optional.

If you’re having trouble with your password, or just want to be password-free, use a magic link instead.

Passwords only work on your desktop or mobile internet browser. To log in to the mobile app, use a magic link.

If you have a preset password

For some events, you receive a preset password in your welcome email.

  1. Open your welcome email on your desktop or phone.

  2. Select the site URL.

  3. The welcome page automatically opens on your device.

  4. Select Login.

  5. Select Log in with email and password.

  6. Enter the Email and Password that are provided in your welcome email.

  7. Select Login to enter the site.

Then you can optionally change your password:

  1. Select the Profile icon in the navigation bar.

  2. Select My Information to go to your personal profile. 

  3. Type a password in the Password and Confirm Password fields. Make sure they are identical.

  4. Select Save at the bottom of your profile.

First, log in with the magic link:

  1. Open your welcome email on your desktop or phone.

  2. Select the Magic Link.

  3. The site or app on your device automatically opens and you’re logged in.

Then, set your password:

  1. Select the Profile icon in the navigation bar.

  2. Select My Information to go to your personal profile. 

  3. Type a password in the Password and Confirm Password fields. Make sure they are identical.

  4. Select Save at the bottom of your profile.

Now, you can log in using your password:

  1. Go to the site URL on your desktop or mobile internet browser (like Google Chrome). Find it in your welcome email or contact your event organizer.

  2. Select Login.

  3. Select Log in with email and password.

  4. Enter your Email and Password.

  5. Select Login to enter the site.
