Access and manage your account from anywhere on the site by clicking your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar.
Clicking your profile icon reveals your profile menu and will display multiple options to help you manage your account.
1. Leaderboard
Click the lightning bolt icon at the top of your profile menu to access the leaderboard page. From here, the number next to your name is your total points!
Compete against others, earn points, and win prizes for participating in activities from all over the site. From the leaderboard, you can keep track of how you stack up against other attendees from the leaderboard page.
2. My information
Clicking the My Information button will route you to your profile page.
You can access and edit your personal information and preferences at any time from within your profile page.
Update your avatar, set your availability, and manage your personal information, preferences, and more within your profile page.
3. Continuing Education (CE)
If your organization offers Continuing Education (CE), earn those necessary CE credits by participating in CE activities all over the site!
Click the CE or CME button to access your credits page.
You can find, view, participate, and claim credits for those activities on your CE page.
4. Achievements
Earn Achievements badges by completing tasks around the site. View your achievements by looking at your public profile.
5. Notifications
Click the Bell icon within your profile menu to stay up-to-date with everything going on across the site. Once clicked, the Bell icon will open your notifications window and display your notifications.
Notifications can be for messages, meetings, live events, social sections, or sent to you by site organizers.
6. Messages
Instantly access your messages and connect with others from all over the site by clicking on the Speech bubble icon in your profile menu.
Once opened, your messages window will display your current and pending message threads. If empty, the window will direct you to the directory to start connecting with others.
You can find other people from the directory, send direct messages, or schedule one-on-one video meetings that happen right here on the site!
Select Allow members to contact me from within your profile if you want to allow other attendees to contact you.
7. Accessibility
You can tailor accessibility based on your needs by using the options underneath the accessibility icon, such as enabling high contrast and modifying the text size on the screen.
8. Help chat
Access support on the site by selecting the question icon within your profile menu.
Here you can start a conversation with the Help Chat tool.
9. Settings
Update your audio and video settings and test your internet connectivity anytime by clicking the settings button within your profile menu.
10. Log out
Log out of the site anytime by clicking the log out button within your profile menu.
