Joining the Session with Camera + Audio
Note: This will put you into the session with your camera and microphone already turned on.
Once you are on the session page, click the ‘Join’ button
in the bottom left corner.

Joining the Session as Observer
Note: Observers will show their profile image on the screen, but will have to manually turn on the camera/microphone.
Once you are on the session page, click the ‘Join’ button
in the bottom left corner.
Click ‘As Observer.’
(Optional) Click the ‘Remember My Decision’ slider if this is how you always want to join.

Share Your Desktop
Note: When sharing you will only see 'Publishing Your Desktop'. Every on else will see what you are sharing instead
Click on the ‘Share Desktop’ button
in the lower left corner.
Select the appropriate tab along the top: ‘Your Entire Screen,’ ‘Application Window,’ or ‘Chrome Tab.’
Within each tab you will have options for which screen, application, or tab to share. Select one.
Note: If you are sharing a video with audio, you must select a Chrome tab, and check the ‘Share audio’ box in the lower left corner of the dialog.
Click the share button.

Click on the ‘Share Desktop’ button again.

Change Camera or Microphone
Click the ‘SRC’
‘Settings' button in the lower left corner.
Select the dropdown for what source you want to change.
Choose the source you would like to use.
Click the ‘SAVE’ button to accept your changes.

Return to Attendee View
Click on the ‘Exit’ ‘leave’ button

to remove only yourself from the presentation. This will remove you from the presentation, but you will still be able to watch and interact with chat.

End the Session
Click on the ‘End’ button.
A dialog will pop up asking you to confirm your decision. Select ‘Ok, end session.’ This will send all users attending the session to the main page on the platform.

Send Emojis
Click on the emoji you wish to send in the bottom right corner of the presentation. The emoji will then float up and be visible to everyone in the session.

Check Remaining Greenroom Time
Look in the bottom right corner of the presentation. There is a countdown that shows the time remaining until the session goes live.

Note: Consult your CSM for what will happen when the room goes live.

Look in the bottom right corner of the presentation. There is the word ‘Live’ next to a countdown that shows the time remaining until the projected end of the session.
Note: The session will not ‘end’ when the timer reaches ‘0'.

Send A Chat Message
Select the ‘Chat’ tab in the chat window area.
Type your message over ‘Type here’ at the bottom of the chat window.
Press ‘Send’ or hit your ‘Enter’ key.

Click on the red triangle symbol to the right of the message.
Click on ‘Remove Message.’
