The easiest way to log in is by following the instructions in your welcome email. You’ll receive it before the event. Don’t have one? Log in without a welcome email.
Everything you need is included in that email, so hold onto it! We recommend:
Save the email in an important place in your inbox.
Make sure that you always have access to the email address that you’re registered under. If your login has to be reset, a new email will be sent to that email address. For example, if you're registered under your work email, make sure that you can access it from your desktop or phone.

Log in with a password
A password is an optional way to log in.

If you have a preset password
For some events, you receive a preset password in your welcome email.
Open your welcome email on your desktop or phone.
Select the site URL.
The welcome page automatically opens on your device.
Select Login.
Select Log in with email and password.
Enter the Email and Password that are provided in your welcome email.
Select Login to enter the site.
Then you can optionally change your password:
Select the Profile icon in the navigation bar.
Select My Information to go to your personal profile.
Type a password in the Password and Confirm Password fields. Make sure they are identical.
Select Save at the bottom of your profile.
If you have a magic link
First, log in with the magic link:
Open your welcome email on your desktop or phone.
Select the Magic Link button.
The site or app on your device automatically opens and you’re logged in.
Then, set your password:
Select the Profile icon in the navigation bar.
Select My Information to go to your personal profile.
Type a password in the Password and Confirm Password fields. Make sure they are identical.
Select Save at the bottom of your profile.
Now, you can log in using your password:
