Save the email in an important place in your inbox.
Make sure that you always have access to the email address that you’re registered under. If your login has to be reset, a new email will be sent to that email address. For example, if you're registered under your work email, make sure that you can access it from your desktop or phone.

Log in with the magic link
A magic link lets you log in without a password. Find yours in your welcome email. Just click or tap the link, then you will be transported to the site and automatically logged in… like magic!
Once logged in, you can open and close the platform at any time. If you ever log out, go back to your welcome email and use the magic link again.
Log in on your desktop
Open your welcome email on your desktop computer.
Select the Magic Link button.
The site automatically opens and you’re logged in.

Log in to the mobile app

Make sure to download the app first. If you don’t, the magic link opens your mobile internet browser (like Google Chrome). You can continue to use the site there if you’d like. But we recommend the app for the best mobile experience! |
First, download the JUNO Live app:
Open your welcome email on your phone.
Select App Store if you have an Apple device, or Google Play if you have an Android device.
Your app store automatically opens to the JUNO Live app page. Select Get or Install to download it.

Then, log in:
Go back to your welcome email on your phone.
Select the Magic Link button.
The app automatically opens and you’re logged in.

If the magic link expires

Magic links expire after three days for security reasons. This time frame might vary per event. |
Don’t worry if your magic link expires! The platform automatically helps you reset it.
When you select an expired magic link, you are automatically sent to a landing page. It tells you that a new link was just sent to your email.
Open the new email on your desktop or phone.
Select the Magic Link button.
The site or app on your device automatically opens and you’re logged in.

If you lost or never received a welcome email, you can get a new magic link.
Go to the site URL on your desktop or mobile internet browser (like Google Chrome). If you don’t know where to find the URL, contact your event organizer.
Select Login.
Enter the Email address that you’re registered under.
Select Get Magic Link. This sends a magic link to your email.
Open the new email on your desktop or phone.
Select the Magic Link button.
The site or app on your device automatically opens and you’re logged in.
