What is a magic link?
A magic link lets you log in without a password. Find yours in your welcome email. Just click or tap Tap the link, then you will be transported to the site and automatically logged in… like magic!
Once logged in, you can open and close the platform at any time. If you ever log out, go back to your welcome email and use the magic link again.

Where is my magic link?
Magic links are sent in an email. Look for:
The welcome email from your organization. They send it when you register for the platform or before an event.
Or an email titled New Magic Link. You receive this email when you’ve reset your magic link.

Log in on your desktop
Open your welcome email on your desktop computer.
Select the Magic Link.
The site automatically opens and you’re logged in.

When you get a magic link email, we recommend:
Save the email in an important place in your inbox.
Make sure that you always have access to the email address that you’re registered under. If your login has to be reset, a new email will be sent to that email address. For example, if you're registered under your work email, make sure that you can access it from your desktop and mobile phone.

1. Download the JUNO Live app
Open your welcome magic link email on your mobile device.
Select App Storeif you have an Apple device, or Google Play if you have an Android device.
Your app store automatically opens to the JUNO Live app page. Select Get or Install to download it.

2. Log in to the app
Go back to your welcome magic link email on your mobile device.
Select the Magic Link.
The app automatically opens and you’re logged in. If it doesn’t workopen, try copying and pasting the link into the app.

If the magic link doesn’t work open the app when you tap it, try copying and pasting you can copy and paste it into the app.
Make sure you downloaded the app.
Open your welcome magic link email on your mobile device.
Press and hold the magic link to open a menu of options.
Select Copy link/URL.
Open the app. There is a blank textbox to paste your link.
Press and hold in the textbox to open a menu of options.
Select Paste.
Select Go.

Don’t worry if your magic link expires! The platform automatically helps you reset it.
