Screen Sharing In A Multiple Monitor Environment

Sharing Entire Screen

Using Chrome or Edge

Step 1: Click the Screen Share icon

Step 2: Click on the desired screen

Step 3: Click Share

Step 4: To stop sharing click the Screen Share icon again

Note: If you are sharing a video make sure the Share audio is checked

Using Firefox

Step 1: Right click Windows Icon (Start Menu)

Step 2: Select System

Step 3: Click Display (to the left of main window)

Step 4: Click the Screen Share icon

Step 5: Use the drop down to select the desired screen, window or application

Step 6: To stop sharing click the Screen Share icon again

Note: Make note of the screen layout (It will be needed later)

Note: Firefox does not allow audio sharing. If you need to share a video with audio please use Chrome

Sharing Application Window

Using Chrome or Edge

Step 1: Click the Screen Share Icon

Step 2: Select the desired Application Window

Step 3: Click Share

Step 4: To stop sharing click the Screen Share icon again

Note: Make sure the desired Application Window is not minimized (minimized windows will not show up)

Note: If sound is needed share the Entire Screen or Chrome Tab instead

Using Firefox

Step 1: Click the Screen Share icon

Step 2: Use the drop down to select desired application

Step 3: Click Share

Step 4: To stop sharing click the Screen Share icon again

Note: Firefox does not allow audio sharing. If you need to share a video with audio, please use Chrome

Sharing A Chrome Or Edge Tab

Step 1: Click the Screen Share Icon

Step 2: Click Chrome Tab

Step 3: Select the desired tab from the list

Step 4: Click Share

Step 5: To stop sharing click the Screen Share icon again

Note: If you are sharing a video make sure the Share audio is checked

Note: To stop sharing click the Share Icon again

Sharing Video with Audio

Entire Screen

Step 1: Click the Screen Share Icon

Step 2: Select the desired Screen

Step 3: Click Share audio (Lower left of Share Window) to add a check mark

Step 4: Click Share

Step 5: To stop sharing click the Screen Share icon again

Note: Firefox does not allow audio sharing. If you need to share a video with audio, please use Chrome

Chrome Or Edge Tab

Step 1: Click the Screen Share Icon

Step 2: Select the desired Tab

Step 3: Click Share audio (Lower left of Share Window) to add a check mark

Step 4: Click Share

Step 5: To stop sharing click the Screen Share icon again

Setup PowerPoint for Screen Sharing

Step 1: Open the desired PowerPoint presentation

Step 2: Select the Slide Show tab

Step 3: Click Set Up Slide Show

Step 4: Select Presented by a speaker (Full screen)

Step 5: Select the monitor to display the slide show on

Step 6: Click OK and start slide show

Note: If notes are needed, add a check mark to Use Presenter View
