We all need clear roles and responsibilities while fielding questions from different stakeholders during a live event.

When working with large numbers of attendees, speakers, and paid partners, Partner and JUNO teams must work closely together in the event of calling audibles during the event. Things will happen during the event that are out of our control, but we can have a process in place to address them and call audibles as needed.

User types

Exhibitors and sponsors

Exhibitors and sponsors have paid for premier space, access, and real estate on the platform. These users will have a high response rate and access to the Partner and JUNO team before and during the event to ensure they receive a quality return for what they are paying for.

Speakers

Speakers are the user that will be presenting on the platform. They will have special access to their session and profile.

Moderators

Moderators will have the same access as speakers during an event but will be the ones to help mediate the conversation, signal great questions from the audience, and facilitate any unwanted user interaction.

Attendees

Attendees are the users who will be attending sessions, engaging in content, and connecting with exhibitors and other users.

Question types

All of these user types will be asking questions that fall under one of these two umbrella categories.

  1. Content related: Anything related to content, schedule, and updating profiles.

  2. Platform related: Anything related to technology, including accessing the platform, getting it to work correctly, and sending out notifications.

As these users submit questions, it’s our collective job as the response team to answer accordingly. Partner will need to have a production manager/facilitator who will be responsible for collecting questions from the different users and passing them along to the appropriate response team member.

Response team members

Client team

Responsible for answering anything content related. If they have further issues with a question, they may escalate to the JUNO team.

JUNO team

Responsible for answering any questions related to the technology or platform. Success managers will be the first line of defense before escalating questions to the JUNO technical team
