Link to page about design recommendations; Types of images clients have made before/what if you don’t have resources to design images?

Where content is located

Before users open a session page, they see the session in a module. It displays the session’s image, name and abstract. Most modules use the smaller list image. Featured rotators use the larger banner image.

Then users enter the session page. When it’s is Past or Upcoming, the page displays an image and description. The abstract isn’t displayed here.

When a session is Live, the image disappears. The rest of the information displays below the video stream.

Specifications

Each session or in-person session needs these images and text. Some other items are optional. See visual examples below.

Small image file sizes help your site load faster. Follow these specifications:

Image file size: Below 200 KB unless otherwise specified.
Image file type: .jpg unless otherwise specified. This helps reduce the file size. If you need a transparent background, use .png.
