You set your own contact preferences in your personal profile.
Special instructions for exhibitors
If you’re an exhibitor representative, there are two ways for people to contact you: Through your personal profile, or through the contact buttons in your exhibitor suite.
Within your profile settings, My Availability and Away Dates apply to meetings scheduled in your personal profile and exhibitor suite.
Allow members to contact me only affects contact through your personal profile. The contact buttons in your exhibitor suite are handled separately by the Do Not Disturb option in the editor.
We recommend allowing contact everywhere. That way, attendees can reach out no matter where they discover you.
