This guide will walk you through the steps required to purchase content using the platform's integrated Stripe functionality. Depending on how your site admin has set up the content access, you may need to purchase an access pass or follow other required steps to gain access. This guide covers the purchasing process.
When you attempt to access content that requires an access pass, you will see a prompt with the following information:
A shopping cart.
The following message: "This content requires an Access Pass. If you wish to continue, select the purchase option below and fill out your payment information."
The listed price in USD or CAD.
A Purchase button.
Select Purchase to initiate the purchase process. You will be automatically redirected to a secure Stripe purchase page. Learn more about Stripe security.
On the secure Stripe purchase page, you see:
The amount for the content you want to purchase and a payment form that supports most credit and debit cards.

Enter your payment information in the required fields and review the details. When ready, select Pay.
While processing the Pay button will change from a secure lock icon to a circular loading icon.
If the payment is successful, the button will briefly turn green with a white checkmark, and you will be automatically redirected back to the content you were purchasing.
If the payment fails, the Pay button will reload with the lock icon, and any errors will be listed under the input fields associated with them.
