When making changes necessary to provide the best UI display in v2, there are a few changes we need to make that will also affect v1 UI - which is an improvement as well.

Goals: 1) Make shorter and quickly describe the purpose 2) More understandable 3) Clean up alignment

We also are adding more Tool Tips and on-screen help description as appropriate to accommodate the shorter field labels and/or to add additional help (not reflected in the screen shots).
