If you’re already familiar with the JUNO web experience, you’ll notice that the app is similar, but has some key differences. As a starting point, you can assume that the app functions just like web. Many of the features on web translate directly to the app.

But what if they don’t? Check this page to see which features are or aren’t supported.

Key

  • NOT SUPPORTED Not on the app.

  • PARTIALLY SUPPORTED Functional on the app, but with limitations.

  • SUPPORTED Fully functional on the app. Any differences between app and web are noted.

  • ONLY ON APP Only supported on the app, not on web.

Supported devices

The JUNO mobile app is supported on Android phones, Android tablets, iPhones, and iPads. We also recommend updating your device’s operating system to the latest version.

Sometimes you might access a site from your mobile web browser instead of the app. In that case, Safari is supported on iOS devices and Google Chrome is supported on Android devices.

Welcome page

NOT SUPPORTED

When you open the app, you’re sent directly to the site’s home page (rather than the welcome page).

The app icon and splash screen show the JUNO logo. If you aren’t logged in yet, a screen with the JUNO logo gives magic link instructions. These screens aren’t configurable because users from different events see them.

Public preview

NOT SUPPORTED

You can’t preview a site in the app without logging in. Before logging in, you always see the splash screen with the JUNO logo.

SUPPORTED

The app requires a magic link to log in. You can choose to set a password as well, but it only works for your desktop or mobile web browser, not the app. See https://help.growthzone.com/attendees/log-in-to-your-account for more instructions.

Navigation

SUPPORTED

Primary navigation is located at the bottom of the app, and sub navigation is located at the top.

Fewer buttons fit in the app’s primary navigation bar than on web. But they are all still accessible in the More menu.
