Site admins can manage enrollment for all learners.
Managers can only see and manage enrollment for learners in their admin group. See User types and permissions for courses to learn more about admin groups.
They can manage it even when learners are allowed to self-enroll.
Site adminsLearners' have a dashboard too, but it has different functionality. If you are a site admin or manager as well as a learner, you have multiple dashboards. Select Learner from the dropdown menu at the top of the dashboard to see courses you are taking as a learner.
