You can change elements of live sessions.

Session content and actions

CONTENT is in importer. Gather content with them, show how to put in importer doc, we import it. FET can be used later to make any adjustments. ACTIONS

Information	Change the session name Change the session description (includes images, links, text formatting, and HTML)

Session capacity	Set the max number of attendees allowed in a session (not including speakers and moderators)
Start and end date	Change the start and end date and time
Session type	Change the session type (main stage, panel, or breakout)
Video and stream types	Change the live, preroll, and prerecorded stream options

Individual session settings- do these belong here?

These options can be set for each session individually. For example, every session can have a different capacity.

		Change default video layout for breakout vs mainstage and panel (grid/horz speaker)- and controls the archive view

Global session settings

These options affect all sessions on your site. For example, if you choose to remove the countdown timer, it's removed from every session.

When you first enter a session

If no one has turned on their camera or microphone yet, this message appears:

If people are talking or a video is playing when you enter a session, some browsers automatically start playing the sound. Others mute it until you click the video. You can control this setting:

Autoplay audio	Prevent audio autoplay This requires users to click to start listening to the speaker or video’s audio when they first enter the session

The chat window is open by default. You can change this:

Session page design

1	Session avatar	Add a custom image that appears when someone who doesn’t have a profile image turns off their camera
2	Stream controls	Remove microphone, camera or screen share buttons for attendees Show text under control buttons
3	Names in chat	Select one: Show first names only Show first and last names
4	User tags	Show tags next to the name
5	Join notification	Remove notification of who joined the room
6	Countdown	Remove countdown
7	Attendee count	Remove attendee count
8	Session tag display name	Change text `main stage/panel/breakout` (this does not change the tag’s function)

Backstage settings

Element	Options
Greenroom start time	Set how many minutes early speakers and moderators can enter the session
	option to start an archive recording when the session goes live and not capture green room activity. (confirm if this is a config)
	Set time for `CLIP_PREROLLS_AT_SECONDS_MODERATORS` default 30. this is the amount of time that a pre roll will STOP playing for a speaker or presenter in the room while the attendees continue to watch

Moderator controls

1		Show moderator stream controls - stop all, mute all, send to breakouts
2		`HIDE_MODERATOR_BUTTON_AFTER_BREAKOUT` is default off, option to turn on
