This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of setting up your emailer and branding settings in the Automation Tool.
Accessing the Admin Dashboard:
Navigate to your leading site and select the Admin Dashboard from the More menu.
In the Admin Dashboard, select the Automation tool from the Left-side Navigation.
Automation Toolbox Overview:
If it's your first visit, two alert boxes will appear, advising you to configure the site settings before using the toolbox.
Each button within the alert boxes guides you to the correct settings context.
Platform email settings
Configure platform-level email settings:
Select Configure Email Settings.
Once the page loads, select Configure Emailer Settings once again.
In the modal, select an Emailer Username for your platform (this will be the emailer username for all sites within your platform).
Select CREATE EMAILER SETTINGS after inputting the username.
A successful snack notification appears for successful Emailer Settings setup.
Branding Settings
Configure site-level branding settings:
Select the Configure Branding Settings button.
Once the page loads, customize the following:
Primary Color: Select the main color for site email campaigns using the color picker or input a Hex or RGB code into the text box.
Add Site Nickname.
Add a Logo image.
Add a Banner image.
Drag and Drop files or select each image section to choose an image from your computer's file locator.
Acceptable image types:
png, jpg, jpeg, gif, webp, bmp, svg.
Select Save once finished.
