Admins, Instructors, and Managers can access and manage prerequisites through the course editor:

  • Admins should see all tabs, including prerequisites.

  • Instructors see all tabs except Enrollment.

  • Managers only see the Enrollment tab.

  • Access prerequisites via the prerequisite required and prerequisite granted fields on the course info tab.

Editing Existing Prerequisites

  1. From the Course editor

  2. Select the Prerequisites tab

  3. Select a prerequisite from the list.

  4. Here you can edit:

    • The Prerequisite Title (required).

    • Add or remove equivalents.

    • Add or remove connected content

    • Delete the prerequisite.
