Attach existing sessions to the speaker page so that attendees know where they can go see the speaker. Sessions show up in a rotator on the speaker page.

(lightbulb) Before you begin

  • Remember to click Save Changes at the top of the page before leaving the tab or clicking View Page. Otherwise, you’ll lose your work.

Attach a session

  1. In the Sessions tab, Select Attach Session.

  2. Enter the session name or some keywords about the session. The search engine will search session names and their preview text.

  3. To limit the search results, select Filters.

  4. Select a session to add it.

  5. Repeat steps 1-4 to add more sessions

  6. Select Save Changes at the top of the page.

Remove an attached session

  1. Hover over the session and select Remove Session.

  2. Select Save Changes at the top of the page.

To find a specific attached session, Search keywords or select Filters.
