Find other attendees

Use the Directory to search all attendees:

  1. Go to the Directory in the navigation bar.

  2. Search for someone by typing their name. Or filter people by interest tags.

  3. Click on someone. A pop-up window opens with their profile preview.

  4. Click Schedule a meeting or Send a message. If you don’t see those options, that attendee didn’t give permission for people to contact them.

Or, spontaneously meet people around the site. Wherever you see someone’s photo, click it to open their profile preview and contact them.

Send a message

Schedule a meeting

  1. From someone’s personal profile, click Schedule a meeting.

  2. Select a date and time that’s available for both of you.

  3. Name the meeting and Personalize it with a message to the invitee.

  4. The invitee gets a notification by email and directly on the site. Click the Bell icon in the site navigation bar to see notifications.

  5. To go to the meeting information page, click the meeting notification on the site. Or in the email, click View meeting.

  6. Click Attend at the top of the page to accept the request and add the meeting to your schedule.

  7. When it’s time for the meeting, go to your Schedule in the navigation bar. Click the meeting to enter a private video call on the site.

  8. Click the Video and Audio icons at the bottom of the screen to turn on your camera and microphone. You can also use Chat on the right side of the screen to send messages.

Accept a meeting invitation

When someone else schedules a meeting:

  1. You get a notification by email and directly on the site. Click the Bell icon in the site navigation bar to see notifications.

Change or cancel a scheduled meeting

Only the meeting organizer can change a meeting:

  1. Step

  2. When meeting is changed, email is sent to notify change

Cancel

Anyone can deselects the attending meeting button if they can’t attend. If there’s only two people, the meeting is canceled.

The meeting organizer can also cancel meetings using the change/cancel button:
