How to schedule a meeting with an exhibitor representative

  1. Navigate to the exhibitor's booth page 

  2. Scroll down to the representatives at the bottom of the page

  3. Click the Schedule button under an available representative 

  4. Select an available date/time

  5. Optional Name this meeting / Personalize it

  6. Click Send 

  7. The exhibitor representative will need to check their notifications or email to see the scheduled meeting.

How Talk now works

  1. Navigate to the exhibitor's booth page

  2. Scroll down to the representatives at the bottom of the page

  3. Click Talk Now under an available representative

  4. The representative will click the Green Phone icon to answer the call

  5. The exhibitor representative will see a prompt to answer the call. If they answer it, the exhibitor representative and attendee will both be brought into a live breakout session. Both people can turn on their camera, microphone, and share their screen.
