You can hide individual sessions from the schedule, even if they’re available somewhere else on the site.:

If a user enters a session from the schedule page, then clicks the back button on their browser, they’re normally sent to the top of the schedule page. You can change thisSometimes people want to visit the information page for past sessions. They can find downloadable resources or additional information there even after the session ends. There are two ways to show past sessions on the schedule:

Normally, users have to open a one-on-one meeting to cancel it. You can make it easier for them to cancel it directly from the schedule page:
