Added a control panel in the site admin dashboard, where site admins can set default notification preferences for all users users. This only affects new users added to the platform after the defaults are set. It does not affect users who are already on the platform. These override users' preferences, so we recommend setting up the defaults once, then letting users control their own preferences after thatFor multi-site platforms, the settings affect the whole platform.
Added the ability to hide notification types for features not available to users. For example, if there are no direct messages on the platform, you can hide direct message notification preferences. This affects all users, even if they are already on the platform.
