Initiate a Chat Conversation using the Help Chat tool
Click on the Question Mark icon/Help bubble to the top right Select your profile icon, then select Help Chat. Or find the Help icon in the bottom-right corner of the page.
Use the message box to enter some words describing the topic you need assistance with
Rephrase your question if you are presented with no solutions or if the solutions presented do not seem to address your issue
If you are still having issues click ‘I’d prefer to speak with a live agent’
