Notes for reviewers

The JUNO team can help you configure whether the chat panel is open or closed when you first arrive on a page.

When it’s open, you see the chat immediately. On desktop screens, you can still see the rest of the page. On mobile screens, the chat covers the page until you select the X icon to close it. You might choose this option if you want users to focus on the chat experience first. For example, at an in-person session it’s all about the chat!

When it’s closed, you see a Chat icon on the side of the page. Select the icon to open the chat panel.
