Joining the session
Once you are on the session page, you will be able to watch/hear the presentation and participate in chat.

Click the desired action from the popup (video + Audio, or just Audio)
Once your request is approved click OK on the popup

Click the raise hand icon again
Click Cancel Request

Click on the Audio icon in the lower-left corner.

Turn On/Off Camera
Click on the Video icon in the lower-left corner.

Change your microphone or camera
Click the More button in the lower-left corner to the right of the raise hand icon.
Click settings.
Select Audio or Video.
Choose the sources from the dropdowns you would like to use.
Click the Save button to accept your changes.

Share Your Desktop

When sharing you will only see Publishing Your Desktop. Everyone else will see what you are sharing. |

If you are sharing a video with audio, you must select a Chrome tab, and check the ‘Share audio’ box in the lower-left corner of the dialog. |
Click on the Share Desktop icon in the lower-left corner
Select the appropriate tab along the top: Your Entire Screen, Application Window, or Chrome Tab.
Within each tab, you will have options for which screen, application, or tab to share.
Select the desired option and click the share button.

Click on the Share Desktop icon again to stop desktop/screen sharing.

Check remaining time
Scroll down below the bottom right corner of the presentation. The word Live indicates there is still time remaining. Once time runs out, the word Past will display.
The session will not end. Everyone will remain in the session until no one is on screen.

Leaving a session
Click the More button in the lower left-hand corner to the right of the raise hand icon.
Click Leave.
If you are publishing you will see three options in the popup window, if you are not publishing you will see two.

Return Home - Will load the event home page and remove you from the screen
Nevermind, Cancel - will cancel the leave request

Need more time? Don’t worry. If your microphone or camera is still on, you won’t be kicked out of the session just because the session time has officially ended. |
