Reader goal | Understand what content looks like, what all the parts of it are. New clients are interested in this; they don’t understand what a “session” really is made up of, or the demo sites they’ve seen aren’t necessarily configured with everything. This is place to find a generic outline of how it all fits together. Quickly find image sizes, character limits, and file types. CSMs want to be able to find an example quickly-- when someone asks “what’s an abstract,” they don’t have to go hunting for an example in the site structure workbook, or on a demo site, where it may or may not be there. CSMs want to be able to send clients a page based on content type – because not everyone uses every content type, especially with learning/community -only sites. |
