Site admins can view and download sitewide analytics from multiple locationsin the admin dasboard. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Get analytics per page or request additional analytics from the JUNO team.

Who has access?Basic analytics: Examine your data
The Examine Your Data page visualizes your data. To open the page:
Open the More menu from the navigation bar.
Select Basic Analytics at the bottom of the menu.
Select the Examine your data tab at the top of the page.
Filter and view data
The page is categorized into widgets. For example, “Forum Views” and “Live Sessions” are two widgets. Each one displays data in a line graph to help you understand your data over time.
Choose which widgets to display by selecting from the category filters at the top of the page. Or use the Time Frame filters to narrow the data’s Start Date and End Date.

Select a graph to expand it and see more details. From there, you can hover over a specific date to examine the graph on a specific day in the past. Or for even more granularity, filter the time frame to a single day (See Filtering Data below) to examine the graph by the hour.

The number below the widget title is the total for that time period.
The percent change compares the currently selected time frame to the time frame listed before it in the Time Frame dropdown list. (For example, “Today” compared to “Yesterday”.) Increases are shown in green with an arrow pointing up, decreases are red with an arrow pointing down, and no change is yellow with no arrow.
Download reports
You can download a CSV report from each widget to get all the data and its specifics. Select the Download Report icon once to prepare the report. This might take a moment. After it changes color, it’s ready. Select it again to download the report.

This report is available in a different location. Go to the Analytics tab in the site admin dashboard and download the Activity Report. In the Category column, search for ‘Schedule Complete’ to see all meetings scheduled and the users' names.

To open the page:

Select the User Activity Exporter tab at the top of the page.
To download a report:
Choose a preset Time Frame or select custom Start and End Dates.
Select at least one or more User Activities and Actions.
Select Generate Your Report. Don’t refresh or exit the page while it processes.
When the Download button changes color, your report is ready. Select the Download icon to save it to your computer.

Real-time analytics
The Happening Now section takes a snapshot of current activity on your site. The clock shows when the last snapshot was taken, in UTC time. To see what’s happening now, select the refresh button next to the clock.
