Get help during a live session

If you need help during a session , technical support reps can moderators will be available to help. Send a message in the chat to let them know you’re having trouble . They will help so, they can help you as soon as possible. Depending on your events support system, technical support reps may also be in the session with you to help. If needed, they may give you a link to a technical support room where you can troubleshoot with them one-on-one.

Join the Help Desk

Some platforms have a dedicated Help Desk where you can get technical support. Not all Help Desks are located in the same place, although they are generally well marked and easy to find. You might look for a page called Resources, Technical Support, or Help Desk.
